Exclamation Skill Imbalances / Bugs

I just figured the following out (at paragon spear mastery):

Depleting Assault: +36 dmg (13)

* needs 3 adrenaline
* you get 20 sec weakened
* no recharge time

Mighty Throw: +36 dmg (13)

* needs only 2 adrenaline
* 3x faster arrows
* only 3 seconds recharge (that's nothing)

That must be a mistake. Mighty throw is UBER.

Might Throw has 3 second CAST time, not 3 second recharge, it has no recharge.

What's wrong with Depleting Assault? O_o, you get weakend and lose 2/3 of your base damage by using the skill.
